A report card through the TimeToPet app with photos detailing how the visit went, as well as notes on any concerns you may have.
Every cat is unique, and so we tailor our service to suit their needs. (As well as yours!) Maybe that’s an hour of active play, maybe that’s a few quiet slow-blinks from across the room. We know cats, and are ready to meet them where they are.

Why are meet & greets free?
Many pet sitting companies charge a fee for meet & greets to protect their employees. This is very reasonable, but we don’t do it, because we don’t want you to feel locked in to working with us. If we aren’t the right fit for you, that is totally fine - your comfort is our first priority.

Terms & fees
Park Slope Paws is a small business. Fees and cancellation policies aren’t meant to be punitive, but instead are in place to protect our time & livelihood. Thank you for your understanding!

Terms & fees
Off-hours fee: Our operating hours are 9AM to 7PM. If your cat requires visits outside of that time frame, those visits will be subject to an additional $5 charge.
Holiday fee: add $7 per service (see holiday list here)
Tipping is never expected, but always gratefully accepted.
We can’t guarantee same-day bookings, but do accept them if our schedule allows. Last minute bookings (made within 6 hours of the requested start time) are subject to a $10 fee.
Cancellation policy: All services cancelled by 9PM the day before will receive a full refund. Services cancelled on the same day more than 6 hours in advance will not receive a refund, but will not be subjected to a fee. Services cancelled within 6 hours of the requested start time will be subject to a $10 fee.
All of this is at the discretion of Park Slope Paws, and exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. (Some examples that might qualify for exemption: abnormal inclement weather, veterinary emergencies, a sudden death or hospitalization. Some examples that might not qualify: a change in work schedule, a pet owner’s non-disabling illness like a cold or flu, forgetting to email in time.)
